Tim accepted the Lord at an early age. Along with his parents, Tim attended Mtn. City Assembly of God Church, and found the need to re-dedicate his life to Christ during a Revival Crusade conducted by the Long Evangelistic team in 1969. He has continued to follow the Lord throughout his life by serving as a Sunday School teacher, usher and deacon. Tim said, “I don’t believe in coincidences, but I do believe in the miraculous works of a loving God who leads and guides us every day. It is our calling to do what He asks of us.
Delila was also born in 1944 and raised in the McClusky area. She graduated from high school in 1962 and enrolled in Christy’s Beauty School in Bismarck. Delila attended the United Methodist Church in McClusky in her early years, and worked as a beautician, grocery store clerk and nanny until she married Tim in 1964. She too accepted Christ as her personal Savior at the Long Revival Crusade in December, 1969. She has been an active member of the church along with her husband, teaching Sunday School & Missionettes and serving as a special programs director. Delila loves to say, “I am secure in knowing I have a God who loves me, takes care of me and blesses me daily.”
